This one hundred percent personalized DAR note card and envelope set reflects you and celebrates your Patriot.

The front panel of the elegant note card features the classic Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) insignia printed in metallic gold ink and your name printed in black ink from your choice of six antique metal fonts.

The image of a Soldier of the American Revolution printed in blue is on the back panel, along with your Patriot’s name in black ink.

The rest of the back panel is completely customizable and included in the price of these note cards. The sample cards in the listing show the DAR member’s chapter name and location and the Patriot’s rank and military organization set in antique metal types. I can accommodate up to seven lines of text, in addition to the Patriot’s name. (Note, if you are including supplemental Patriots (as shown in one of the photos), please contact me to request a special order.)

I print these note cards on bright white paper that is thicker than a standard business card with a smooth finish. If you prefer a soft 100% cotton white card, please select that option (note that there is an additional fee for upgrading to 100% cotton paper.)

The price of these note cards includes personalization in black ink on the back flap of the envelope (up to four lines of text). If you prefer to skip personalizing the envelope, please tell me when you order.

I print each piece individually, using processes that require three separate passes through my antique 1863 Geo. P. Gordon platen jobber printing press. These are authentic letterpress prints, and as such, reflect the variations in tone and impression of their era. Each card is crisply scored and folded. Finished size of these A2 cards is 5.5" wide by 4.25” tall and the envelope measures 5.75" wide by 4.375" tall. You will receive eight (8) three-color note cards and eight (8) envelopes in a handsome box.

Be assured that these are true letterpress note cards and envelopes made by a craftsman with early industrial age technology. They are printed with enough impression (indentation) to show that they did not come off of a laser printer, but without the "deep impression" technique of more modern letterpress studios.
